Spy is designed to prepare permitted advertising data for a searchable catalog. Catalog search is not available yet: it opens only after a separate platform acceptance, while collection policy stays under trusted operator control. When it opens, it exposes only published records.
Publication gates come first
When catalog search opens, it exposes only records that passed the platform's publication gates. It will never start a provider collection or compute job.
Keep source data private
Raw source files and collection controls stay private. When available, the library will expose only the safe consumer read model.
Supply is operator-managed. Spy confirms access before showing catalog data when the catalog opens. Consumer members cannot choose provider queries, locations, source URLs, or compute work.
